Switching Between Organizations

If your account belongs to more than one organization, the switcher at the top-left shows the current one. Everything you see — products, materials, orders, settings, reports — belongs to that organization only. You never need to log out to move between them.

When this applies

• You run two separate businesses — say a candle workshop and a jewellery studio. Each has its own materials, products and settings, so each is its own organization.
• You were invited into someone else's workspace — a business partner, or a client whose catalogue you help maintain.

Switching

1. Click the organization name in the top-left.
2. Use the search box if you belong to many workspaces.
3. Pick one from the Organizations list. A tick marks the current one.
4. A 'Switching organization…' overlay appears while the app reloads that workspace's data.

What changes

• All business data is replaced by the new organization's data. Nothing is shared or mixed.
• Your role may differ — you might be Owner in one and Member in another.
• Settings are per-organization, including your hourly labour rate, overhead configuration, currency, categories, units and tax rules.
• Your profile, interface language and password stay the same — they belong to your account.

Seeing an empty catalogue after switching usually means you are in the wrong workspace, not that data was lost. Check the name in the switcher first.
